i think i figured out my general taste in genes: not only do i like natural markings, i just enjoy genes that treat the dragons like living creatures and not art canvas.

This also extends to accents and skins: i really dont like skins where it feels more like the dragon is an artistic canvas or a photo than a normal creature. i play fr because i love character design, but these genes and skins go against that, in a way: its hard derive a character design outta what's meant to just be an art piece pretty to look at

ok some people are already accusing me of bashing skin artists on asks -_- no reading comprehension so ig its time to clarify: liking those genes and skins isn't lesser or whatever. it's a completely valid way of playing the game if you want to make your dragons nice to look at and artistic and shit. I'm saying I, lemmy bakugames don't like it because it goes against how I view my dragons and the fact I'm here to make ocs and unique designs out of my dudes.
