despite the fact that Yellow’s comet-born body is incapable of facial change,there’s an OBVIOUS increase of excitement from the Lion——a low groan of metal, a HEAVY noise meant to be something akin to COOING at his paladin.

levels of joy rise within sentient mechanical beast,rolling like a tide through the internal connection that links him to the human.

moving his great head just a fraction,Yellow manages to gently bump back against Hunk, careful not to knock him over—             —he’s been known to get a little TOO excited when sharing affections.

given that their bond doesn’t require words, built more upon the foundation of EMOTIONS,Yellow shares feelings that are entirely equivalent to :

NOT TRUE.Hunk’s kind heart makes him the PERFECT Paladin---if you’re asking YELLOW, that is.

It grants him the empathy to care for his team,to care for his CAUSE. His compassion allows himto immerse himself in the connections made during this war---to connect with those he saves and recognize his hard work DOES effect many.Hunk’s disposition will span the galaxy, civilizations commending such a man who,in such DARK TIMES, was able to remain K I N D.

                                                     “ My Paladin is fit for his role.                                                                              He’s been chosen above all others for this---                                                                                        my choice will not be swayed. ”

            Hunk is not TOO soft,            although Low will concede             his Paladin might be unprepared            for such difficult trials yet to come---

…Not that Yellow has either, but the Lion is well aware of howhis Paladin’s treats manage to make the whole team happy.

     On top of being an intelligent mechanic, Hunk’s a skilled cook—     the same hands that repair broken machinery and even enhance     Yellow’s larger frame are the same hands that put together foods     that boost team morale and put SMILES on everyone’s faces.

this one might not hold the desired effect---instead of seeking out the source of such claim,yellow drops his weight to the floor in a FLOP,making a pitched WHINING noise.

OF COURSE the yellow lion took PRIDE in his position,honored to be given such an important role as a LEG of Voltron.without his strength, their structure would crumble. his support gives the team the necessary aid to WIN their battles.

        no part of voltron is more important than another,        AND YET...

Red scans the area with a disinterested gaze. She isn’t really looking for anything, though she’d be the last to admit it. Her true goal was merely to be up higher than she was, because she is small compared to the others. She may be a giant war machine to everyone else, but she was still short. Green was relatively the same height, but green didn’t harbor small war-machine syndrome. Red had a vicious case of it.

She adjusts, being mindful of her brother’s comfort. Her gaze scans different areas of the terrain, constantly siphoning in different information. She is on a mission, one that she is very eager to fulfill. It is a one she’s been hard at work at for a while now, and one which most would consider silly. Red does not, however, and believes it to be of great importance.

It’s a name unfamiliar to him--- Confusion settles within his armored hide, blending into the intrigue which garners a curious tilt of his head.

                                               ‘ Mothman ?’

With no knowledge of who it is, or for what reason his sister might be searching, INTEREST still overtakes the Yellow lion, and with a hopeful lilt to his words he makes his mental inquiry :

                                                   ‘ Can I help you look ?’

      ---By doing more than just acting as a height advantage, that is. Yellow is exceptionally good at finding things, given that there’s very little that can STOP HIM when he’s put his mind to something.  ...Normally that pertains to literally halting the mech, but aside from his physical stalwart attributes, Yellow is extremely resolute in all decisions he makes - this includes his decision to SEEK SOMETHING OUT.

Yellow’s not UNUSED to his sister’s antics.  

           …not when most seem to take favor in sitting upon him.

                       NOT THAT HE MINDS !He rather ENJOYS the playfulness his siblings portray,and is EAGER to play along WITH them ! After so muchtime apart, he’s so glad to receive any interactions he can.

          Red certainly holds no hesitation in climbing all over him,          and Yellow’s first response is to expel a burst of air in the          closest thing to LAUGHING he can make in such shape.

Where previously he’d been sitting, there’s now a great GROAN as metal pieces shift, inner-pieces tugging and releasing to allowYellow to stand, offering his sister a better view.

       he’s not afraid of her falling as he rises—            as support, he’d never let ANY of them fall—
