Joker cards from an officially licensed 1999 Mario Party 2 deck of playing cards from Japan, featuring Pirate Bowser and Pirate Wario.
All the other cards in the deck have standard faces with no Mario imagery. Curiously, this is one of the few times officially licensed Nintendo playing cards used unique images seemingly cropped from gameplay instead of relying on preexisting official artwork.

In a 1996 interview with the developers of Mario Kart 64, they revealed that they made a "big city track" where you "got to race around different houses and buildings", which was ultimately cut for being too large and taking too long for a single lap.
In development files for the game that surfaced in 2020, a model of this scrapped track was found. The images show an overhead view of the track and some views of how it would have appeared while racing.
