Excuse me what exactly do you mean by saying that RWBY picture was racist to greeks?
While it is true that Greeks are usually slightly darker skinned then the character Pyrrha is in RWBY. Modern Greeks already have little in the sense of positive characters to represent them. To be honest allot of eastern European cultures already deal with a lot of stigma (Greeks are lazy, Russians are alcoholics, Polish are thieves, Roma are worthless) so any positivity is welcome. Taking this in acount, When a character gets a equatorial headcanon it can become extremely harmful when enough people accept it.
Imagine a 14 year old Greek girl is going to cosplay as her because she feels connected to the character and the fandom viciously attack her because she does not fit the headcanon (Just look at the SU Fandom).
