Especially when you still have some healing to do. But when you do, let me tell you, those friendships bring you some of the most rewarding experiences life has to offer. The love I feel from my girl friends is out of this world. You’re not alone, you just haven’t found your people yet. When you know you know. I’m so grateful to be able to call my friends my sisters. They have supported me and lifted me up during some of the most difficult times of my life. I don’t know where I’d be without them. It brings me so much peace to know I always have a group in my corner, cheering me on, believing in me, and loving me unconditionally. Choosing myself consistently and choosing quality friendships over quantity has brought me here.. It took a long time, but the vibes get higher every day. Wishing the same for you🖤✨

HZ frequencies have literally been used for ages. It's built into ancient architecture, hymns, tools, chants, and even featured on rolling stones top 100. There have also been scientific studies of how sound frequencies effect your mood AND separate studies of the effects of words(written, spoken, thought). SERIOUSLY- Look it up! Music, just like crystals and herbs, have unique energies you can work with to enhance your practice. AND IT'S POWERFUL. Just think of how much you can feel that song you screem with the windows down on the highway. Feeling to that intensity is exactly the amount of energy needed for powerful manifestation. I highly recommend working with music intentionally as a part of your daily routine! You can even create your own chant/song if you feel called to. There's TONS of HZ frequencies on Spotify to choose from. Buuuuut Taylor Swift, 311, and Able Heart are also options😘

➕️guided gratitude journals • you don't have to use it every day. set an alarm for when you're most likely to write and give yourself grace when you don't have time. there's some fun ones out there!

➕️repeating daily gratitude affirmations • any way that you can work it into your routine. I have a small paragraph I'm consistently updating, which I repeat before work. sometimes in the car. sometimes as I'm getting ready. I've also used spotify, as it has affirmation tracks!

➕️practicing celebrating small wins • anytime you catch yourself worrying about a challenge, remind yourself of one thing to be grateful for in relation to that challenge. (Ex. Can't pay bills this month=I'm grateful to have bills to pay/a roof over my head/a payment plan option)

I love changing up mine and do often. ESPECIALLY before readings and rituals. I try to pick items that best suit the vibe/energy I'm working with at the time. You can add anything you like! I prefer to have at least one item to represent each element- earth, air, fire, and water. When choosing candles, crystals, insense, and herbs- I'm extra intentional of what energy I bring into my space. Personally cannabis is always a must, as it helps me to ground and let go of all outside influences, so I can be present in my craft.
