Fuckkkkk I need to finish my history essay…it’s due tmr and the teachers already mad at me for submitting the last one late…and I need work out…I skipped the gym today cuz I forgot my sweatpants so I gotta make up for it at home somehow…fuckkk I wanna draw…I really need to finish that walking cycle thing…I need a finished result by the end of this week so that next week I can show it to the cute girl who’s starting the animation club in school…fuckkk…I also need to draw sm for my friend who’s birthday was almost a month ago who I promised to draw sm to but forgot so I gotta start it…but I need to sleep I have school tmr im gonna be late…*proceeds to waste time for the next 2hrs*

Bro how tf are you supposed to troubleshoot emotions like, like how tf am I supposed to know why I’m depressed?? Like how do I know if it’s over something that happened recently?? Or something that happened a long time ago??? And if so then why do I still feel upset abt it?? Do I even feel upset about it?? Is this upsetness caused because this event triggered an insecurity?? And are those caused by a past event?? Or is it my depressed serotonin deprived brain doing its thing again?? How do you know if you’re over something or still upset about it?? How do you know when you’re avoiding your emotions and when you’re just picking on an old scab?? How do you know if you can even fix the problem that causes this feeling?? Did I eat today??
