Went back to Miyajima to relive study abroad memories and add some new ones. Like wrestling a plastic bag out of a deer’s mouth and catching a Jigglypuff on a ropeway. (at 宮島)

I’m not crying, that’s just sweat from playing baseball with a bunch of 6th graders that are just the worst and I don’t like them at all, geez, yes, I will take a tissue. (Also, check out my sweet foreigner nose.)

Three scarves in under a year. Two to teachers, one to my supervisor. None for me because I refuse to abandon the one my mama knit me.

Now that my time in Japan is seriously winding down, it’s time for me to start realising what I’m gonna be missing out on soon. Like this amazing agu pork tonkatsu in Okinawa.
