Here's my new keyboard! It's a Keychron V6 in Frosted Black, fitted with Kailh BOX V2 Brown tactile switches and XVX Pudding PBT keycaps. It is super satisfying, with just the right amount of finger-feedback while not being obnoxiously noisy. (I really don't get the appeal of loud keyboards. I have no need to announce to everyone on the block when I'm typing.) At 1365 grams, it's also nearly three times as hefty as the Walmart special I was using before. The whole build cost about $120, a damn good deal given the extensive level of functionality and customization.

not too thrilled at the keyfeel, I'm either too used to my half-height nuphy switches or this is a really mushy board

Start of pandemic desk setup

This was at the very beginning of the pandemic. I didn't really have a PC back in the day so I didn't have a proper PC setup which explains why I have a very small table.

Got a new job in the middle of the pandemic setup

Six months into the pandemic, I got a new job and was able to invest in a better desk (which I still use to this day!)

First custom keyboard build. This was fairly cheap and this is where the rabbit hole of mods started for me.

This was an impluse purchas as I accidentally broke my TOM680 wireless switch. It was weird because I liked using my keyboards with cables but it serves me well.
