💥 3 Mindset Shifts you NEED to make in order to have a healthier lifestyle. 😎⠀ ⠀ I wish someone would've told me this shit a long time ago.... This would've been helpful when I was making myself starve during the day and ended up binge eating by the night... not seeing any progress.⠀ ⠀ In my fitness journey, I've learned a lot the hard way. Now, as a coach, I get to identify some key values and milestones my clients need so they don't fall short.⠀ ⠀ For real though.. Give this some thought..⠀ ⠀ 1️⃣ Be a little more selfish. ⠀ I swear this isn't bad, and at times it seems people think they'll miss out on something if they go work on themselves.. alone. This isn't a bad thing.. if you want to involved.. show up as your best self.. The best way you can do that is by working on yourself to the maximum!⠀ ⠀ 2️⃣ Learn to be goal oriented.⠀ Going day by day with the idea of having a good one sometimes isn't enough. While you might enjoy the day, having specific goals needs a to-do list. Goals are part of a successful persons life! Also, shooting towards a goal blindly can be confusing.. You might end up in places you didn't want to be.⠀ ⠀ 3️⃣ Don't try to be perfect.⠀ This one is the F*CKING WORST. There's nothing more defeating than thinking you aren't perfect.. The more you shoot for perfect the more you get held back by your own actions and thoughts.. Get moving, and learn a small bits in volume. Stack up each brick of this wall you're trying to build one at a time. If you lay several incorrectly all at once, your wall is bound to fall down.
