i remember one time we were laying down together at ur friends house sharing headphones and listening to Lydia and i tried falling asleep but i couldn’t because i was too happy to be right where i was and i didn’t want to miss it. and i remember that time we went to the lake, just us and it was already dark and no one was out there… but i wanted to get in the water so we tried but it was too fucking cold so we dried off in the sand and when i think of that it feels like what a Lydia song sounds like i don’t know if that makes sense to anyone but me. but that was the night you said you fell in love with me. and i don’t know if you meant it or not… but now i taste blood when i hear that band. i don’t know why i keep replaying it.
