Just don't do It. Don't make It an option to you. Don't think "i could do that" think "in another life i would" don't think about bingeing like you could do it anytime, you have to convince your mind that you don't do that,that you really can't, its not posible, its not an opcion to do It.

Sometimes things look more dificult than they are. Just don't fking do It. And tell your mind not just that ur not gonna do It but that It is literally imposible and not an opcion.

Your brain believes and makes truth anything you tell them on frequency. So use It.

I usually lose around 10lbs/4.5kg doing this. On the days your not fasting eat clean food. Like I eat a bit of banana or other fruit (75 cal), tea or coffee, and a squeezy (45-75 cal).
