1.Preheat the oven to 175 °C (or 347°F) . Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath. Add crystal and vanilla sugar, cocoa powder, and salt to the melted chocolate and butter. We mix. Remove from the water bath.

2.Mix the eggs one at a time into the chocolate base. Finally, add the flour and mix well. The dough does not contain any baking powder. The dough should be thicker, but still workable.

3.We do not wipe or sprinkle flour on the baking sheet, we just line it with baking paper. I used a cake pan. An alternative is to pour the batter into 1/2 the baking sheet and lift the baking paper to prevent it from spilling over the entire sheet.

4.Pour the dough evenly onto the baking sheet and put it in the heated oven for 20-30 minutes. We do not bake longer. We check by inserting a skewer - moist pieces of dough SHOULD be caught on it. A crispy crust will rise on the cake during baking, but it will fall after cooling.

5. Cut it into squares or whatever shape you desire AFTER it cools down.
