As I continue to grow as a creative entrepreneur, one of my greatest goals is to be able to pay other entrepreneurs their price. Awards at the Hampton Roads Convention Center. • • In addition to presenting awards during our pre-show, I had the distinct honor of presenting Encore’s first Trailblazer Award to Norfolk Police Department’s first African-American female Captain in their 209 year history!
