Elmo says clothes have no gender!!
Decided to give one of my fave plushies some clothes! These are pretty simple pieces but they look cute I think.
I saw @natalunasans put their Edna Mode head on a Rainbow High body so I rummaged around and figured out that the Junior High body matched Edna Mode’s default body in size and arms. I’m a bit too scared to shorten her legs drastically cuz I prefer the articulation but I did shorten the calves a bit to be less leggy.
She’s on a Ruby Junior High body though I think Jade or Violet might be a better match.
I’m really happy how Edna Mode looks on this body though as the Jakks Pacific body is SO poorly jointed, she can’t even sit. At least now I can enjoy Edna Mode even if her legs are anime long.

Bitty Outfits I Totally Want To Hack for AG
Let’s start off with what inspired me to go down the bitty rabbit hole…
Now this stock image really doesn’t do the outfit justice, and if I had only seen the stock image, I probably wouldn’t be interested in the outfit. However, looking at listings on Mercari, the sleeves of this dress are flared, which gives it a vintage-y mini dress vibe. I could totally see Evette rocking this outfit.
Bitty has such good pajamas, and I am notoriously picky about my dolls’ pajamas. Don’t get me wrong, I love the historical nightgowns, but white gets so boring after a while. It’s also really annoying to edit. I’d probably put MG in the purple pajamas, Melody in the green, and Ruthie or Elizabeth in the pink satin.
I’ve already seen people use the Birthday Skirt Outfit for Maryellen and Kit, and I’m so JELOUS. The Bitty Brocade outfit is also giving big Maryellen vibes, and the Beachcomber top and pants would be such good historical staples (that aren’t super duper girly).
These are all outfits I want for Ivy. I’ve seen others dress her in the Harvest Plaid Set already, and she’s so adorable. She totally rocks autumnal colours.
Why hasn’t AG made Maryellen or Emily, or even Lanie a raincoat dress? I don’t know, but it’s a CRIME. Also, the green Sunday best jacket could totally be hacked to make a trendy raincoat or blazer for AGs.
This is more of a random amalgamation of outfits, but imagine Blaire or (take a shot every time I say Maryellen) Maryellen in the Bitty Blooms outfit!! And I love the jumper dress in the Fourth of July set- I’m surprised we never really saw that silhouette appear in 18 inch size. The Tropical Skirt set gives me Kanani and Lea vibes. And surprisingly, I don’t mean Lea vibes as an insult this time.
The Springtime Set would be perfect on Ruthie or Blaire, and the Tea Party Jumper Set would be so cute when paired with the Woodland Fairy Costume. The Circus Set is just cool. And I work for the circus.
Ending off on a strong note with these three. I immediately imagined Mia in the Winter Play Outfit, and the Strawberry Set on Grace or Maryellen. The Prairie Dress Outfit is another cute outfit I’ve seen appearing on Ivy, but is the same print as the Prairie Tunic Outfit, which is why it didn’t appear earlier with all the other Ivy outfits. I didn’t want it to be monotonous.

Woke up with an entirely new urge, I’d like to make the AG dolls collections but for their mini dolls. I have a few already and it’d be fun (and challenging) to try to find miniatures and fabrics that are appropriate

So I decided to remove my nano freyjas faceup only to find the pastels won’t come off. I don’t think I sealed well enough? I’m using rubbing alcohol since she’s made of ABS and I’m about to try non acetone nail polish remover but in the event that doesn’t work is it better to put a thin layer of paint over the pastel or to attempt to sand it off?
Tl;Dr how can I fix this? Sanding? Paint? Help ;-;
Rubbing alcohol and a magic eraser solved the problem! Wasn’t able to try non acetone mail polish remover bc I have none and kept forgetting to purchase it, so soaking a melamine sponge in rubbing alcohol was an act of desperation lol
Finally decided to finish up this custom
Started out intending to use apoxie sculpt but couldn’t find gloves and wasn’t sure how it’d react with my eczema so I found this random das clay I thrifted and decided to just slap it on there

Saturday Adventures!
This morning I had a dental appointment–yuck :( But I made it through and we went to the mall as a reward afterwards :)
I think this dress turned out cute! Princessy but still casual enough to be a play dress, totally Rose’s style ^^
And I FINALLY got around to making Luna’s wardrobe! I’m sorry it took so long sweetheart!!! ^^; This dress just gives me very witchy vibes which is perfect for Luna :)

Of course she has to have a Nightmare Before Christmas dress, it’s one of her favorite movies :)
“What do you mean I need summer clothes? These are my summer clothes!” Even in a sundress Luna has to rep her love of Halloween, this dress featuring Binx from Hocus Pocus ^^ (With a little crescent moon cutout which turned out better than I thought it would!)
And this is Luna’s school outfit! (I don’t know why the buttons look so wonky in the pictures I swear they don’t look like that IRL ^^;)
