Duke: Ok, so Barbara went to Rivendell a while ago, and Dick decided to go join her there, but he got a little impatient and might have decided to go through Moria.
Duke: Yeah, I know. I think it mostly had to do with that conversation he had with Jason when they were both- uhm- inebriated- in Osgiliath.
Bruce: What conversation?
Damian: [makes a noise of understanding] the dare
Duke: So anyway, now Barbara, Dick, and the Rivendell elves are trying to herd the Balrog back into Moria-
Duke: And they sent me to get some help.

Duke: They might have instigated a revolt among the Dwarves.

Duke: From what they told me, Steph was having a drinking contest with Mjöðvitnir and Þrór, and she started mocking them for being made by one of the Valar instead of Ilúvatar and it just went downhill from there.
Damian: [snorts] Well they are a lesser-
Duke: So, you two are the only ones who can aid us with the Balrog. We should ride out immediately.
Bruce: Wait, what about Tim and Jason? Last I heard they were near Old Bombadil's forest.
Duke: Yeah they're in Mordor
