I mean, In a way it definitely reminds me to not trust in anyone but God and that my body is not immortal etc. but the anxiety and panic itself is hard. If this is my cross though I will bear it with the grace of God. Currently reading “pain, suffering, and resiliency: orthodox Christian perspectives” and it’s very eye opening

I’m so tired of the cycle of health anxiety it is so exhausting and it puts so much stress on my body causing me to develop more “symptoms.” It’s been happening since April, I think I will go to the doctor south of here before I leave for Florida just to have an all-clear… not from anxiety but to have a baseline of my health before I leave.

It’s weird because I’m relatively healthy like I eat organic food, try to get my nutrients & minerals from my diet, I don’t have refined sugars except for like the coffee creamers at church lol. I try to get sunshine every day, I supplement magnesium. I should definitely exercise more than I do though!

I miss my long hair

released a ton of ladybugs today in our backyard and in laws backyard and my husband told my mother in law I might be pregnant AAAAA. I’m waiting to take a test the day after tomorrow. also certified crunchy family at our parish might have me over at their house in two weeks to cook and learn and stuff yayyy
