A long abandoned and long decrepit terrestrial satellite that originally served as a defense system for humanity. After suddenly vanishing for centuries, and mysteriously reappearing in a state of disrepair, the satellite’s user interface “reawakened” (though irreparably damaged, still mostly functional) and has kinda just... Floated around space for decades with no real purpose. Basically a space ghost ship. Usually totally docile, unless an entity is deemed hostile or a potential threat to humanity, in which case said entity is promptly and tidily vaporized.
