BAD COOKING

Mix dry ingredients first, then the liquid ones into a mould, part dough in two, don't mix it too well, leave it flaky. Mine became very moist despite putting a lot of flour into it, and I just put the apples on top and into the oven for 1 hour 20 minutes, turning it around halfway through. Pour some honey on it, when out of the oven, let it rest or not, BUT enjoy the hell out of it!

Preheat the oven to your acceptable maximum. Add pasta, minced meat, berbere spice, asaefoetida and pimento for some spice, alternatively keep it simple with just black pepper. Bake until crunchy on the sides.

With a bowl of water in the oven bake it for 1 hour 195 C°, slicing with a knife halfway through the top of it after half an hour.
