kendall always loved whenever she was able to spend time in new york. there were times she considered moving, but she couldn't see herself anywhere but california. the met gala was chaos in the best way, and she was still attempting to recover from it all. plus it gave her the chance to see benito. they had both attended the met, but things were so hectic. she hadn't had a chance to see him, though she knew the internet had taken note of how he was seen hugging her mom and talking with kim. everyone was always so surprised at the fact that things were good between them. she knew they had agreed to meet and had invited him to meet her while she was doing some shopping. she had already bought gifts for her many nieces and nephews. it felt like she wanted some retail therapy and that was how she found herself standing on the platform, staring at her reflection in a three way mirror. her hands smoothing down the fabric of the givency crepe-cady evening gown. it almost felt so simple after such a big event. her security team had alerted her that he was on his way up.

The Met was successful yet again; being invited to such events was always a surprise to the singer and not because he didn't think he was famous enough for it, but because of where he came from. The public wanted him, and he knew that he had to show up in his best dressed in order to continue to wow them. There were many familiar faces that he came across that night. One of them being Kris, Kim and Kendall. It was the morning after and there was already talk about how he was being friendly with Kris and Kim. It never ceased to amazed him how the fans and just media in general noticed everything.
