Everything in life starts with your mindset first and your actions second. Your actions follow your thoughts, your beliefs and ideas. To make a shift, to free your energy: start with shifting your mind and then, take action.

In the midst of change, there is always a reason to smile or to make someone else’s day.

When you ask God for growth, expect it to rain. So be like a seed that is soon to flourish.

Nevertheless despite these destructive thoughts... here I am, trying to be positive. Taking it easy from now on.

I might seem so gentle, but I know that I got grit.
