i think there's lot more beauty in trying than some may think. there is beauty in trying to make others feel understood, in trying to make others feel seen, in trying to make others feel loved. effort means a lot.

It's amazing to have goals, but here's a reminder that you don't need to accomplish those goals to be worthy. You are worthy as you are now.

You are probably doing so much better than you could ever realize. The progress you've made is admirable. And the reason you don't realize this is because you're holding yourself to impossible standards. You deserve the credit for what you've accomplished.
