Higgs is set to be executed for a crime he DID NOT commit. His case is filled with inaccuracies and outdated 'science'. The actual criminal gave a sworn statement EXONERATING Dustin Higgs.

However, Higgs is still set to be killed. I beg you to do the right thing and stop an innocent man from being killed by those who are supposed to protect the innocent.
