A small fanart for an old friend of mine.

Trying to make good prints of my art, heatstrokes and getting out of depression is taking me ALL MY TIME and energy lately, I'm glad I finally got to sit down and play one of my favorite games again, during an archipelago with friends.

And it threw me back down memory lane! This game influenced me and my art so much, I truly can't say how much it was a pleasure to revisit all that.

I recommend to anyone having a hard time in life going back through stuff they loved, or things that strongly shaped them back then, it feels grounding.

Anyway, I'll never thank the voice actors enough, especially Ellen Mclain and Scarlett Perdereau for their wonderful VO and VF GLaDOS, I just can't decided which one I prefer.

He's a sad

This piece took me 3 days or so, and I'm quite proud of the color treatment and global feel of it ! I don't tend to do such clear colors and lighting, I had fun. It had been a while I hadn't draw something, I tried to not put a lot of pressure on myself and just go with the flow, whateverI felt like drawing, and it did me a lot of good.

Also yeah, my whole life is inspired by Cabanel's "The Fallen Angel", you can say it, I know you're thinking it.

I want to do a little something to celebrate my dearest blue haired Voice bank.

Jokes aside, I cannot enphasize how luch impact Vocaloid has had on my life and my art, so this is just a little piece of my gratitude towards Kaito and all other Vocaloid that helped through it all :)

And well, I made a reference to "The fictious heart", because this song along with Kaito probably saved my life in a very hard time, and I want to celebrate this wonderful hope and euphoria this silly little character and his songs makes me feel 💙

It took me 2 all nighters and 1 more day to "finish".

My head hurts, but it looks good. I want to make a print of it to see how it looks like.

You know what's great about being an artist ?

I can play cult of the lamb for days and decide "hey, what if I make the lamb human ?" and make them a non binary twink, who becomes my oc because why the fuck not. To be honest, it's more of an inspiration than a human design for the lamb, because I didn't respect anything from the original lmao. Take that as my interpretation.

So, meet Sin ! A nonbinary menace that gazes into your soul with a menacingly calm look in their cursed eyes.

I don't know what I'm doing with my life but honestly it's quite fun ✨️

By the way I tried something with the colors on this illustration and oh my god it looks good ? I really love this painting style, don't know about u guys. I'll def keep drawing like that.

This time, it's a character focused project. The assignment was to create a character and their signature asset in two sheets, and a final illustration to present them. We had to base the character on a mythology/deity of our choice, and our teacher made us pick a random color to base the character's palette on : I picked Blue.

Also, because the task wasn't tricky enough, I decided to study the artstyle of @inkinkinkwww on Twitter bc I love their artstyle and wanted to learn from their process/texturing style. And it was HARD.

I missed doing character/asset design, so this was a treat to do ! I love him.

I initially did a fanart of Earthy X6's Kaito cover of Heat Abnormal, but I loved the result so much I litterally learned After Effect to do an animation of it so I could convey the mood I get of this song even more.
