Brief Synopsis: While out trying to research hidden gems in the HAMA area, Momiji catches sight of Kuguri. Little did she know of the hectic day that was in store...

a couple of reasons! (1) kansai dialect doesnt really 100% tl to eng even with the "adaptations" other ppl use to tl it its still not really accurate, and (2) it's just easier on me 😭 i tried it out in a draft of one of the spider chapters and it gave me a hard time. english isn't at all my first language so tling to english and then trying to write it with an accent was just a little too much i hope you can forgive me omitting it :') it doesnt change the content of what's being tled, just how it's written.

guess I rlly gotta do some more research and reread obbligato cuz I need to see what Tatsumi said and did during the reimei "reform" IN DETAIL (man why does my brain feel that the events and whatever's going on with communism are kinda similar sigh idk) anyways hope you have a nice day, I also enjoy reading your translations, tysm for doing them ^^

im just thinking about tatsumi's "reform" in reimei. why does it kinda sound like communism to me? cuz communism is about "no class division and everyone equal" and tatsumi gave jobs to every student, whether they are special students or not and the students recieve the same amount of money for the jobs too pls correct me if im wrong, I don't rlly know whether I interpreted it right and recall everything right

long answer: okay so first off im going to preface that i didn’t pay attention in history class so i’m not 100% confident in my knowledge with how communism operates 😭. i can see why it would remind you of it but i think tatsumi’s goals were more socially oriented? like his priority was that he wanted everyone to be treated fairly so that everyone could have equal opportunity to be an idol, and then distributing jobs was the only way to do so? i think it’s heavy on the belief that “equality” and “equity” aren’t the same, but do i think it’s communism idk and idts 😭
