Finally the setup of this story is complete. Their motivations are clear (more or less) and we can venture into the tense parts. Part 10 and onward will be mostly the confrontation between Al & Lu. No more vanishing or running.

I had a bit fun with Lucifers inner struggle. The panic, the denial, the fear, the anger,.. Lucifer feels a lot! He carries his heart on the outside. And even tho he is ancient, he still does not know what to do. Still has to struggle.

💫Also: Idk yet how many parts this will be, depends also a bit on your interest. :> Let me know if you guys are interessted in a confrontation with Lilith. 🤭 (Since we know she contacted Charlie :>)

I have to admit that I have way too much fun with Lucifers expressions and his spiraling thoughts :> So I endulged into them a bit. My fav frame is the last one of Lu in this part 😬 so silly :D

If anyone is wondering, the shadowy frame, which is slowly more and more tugging at Al is meant to represent his current mood/mind/consciousness- which deteriorates the more time passes and the more his own exhaustion is catching up on him.. i mean since his fight with Vox/getting captured and the Finale he probably did not sleep a single minute + of course his wounds etc. 😔

That was not the plan for the Second Coming. That would have caused a war between heaven and hell that killed humanity and destroyed earth.

Michael wiped out humanity, earth and the entire universe by destroying the book of life.

No Alpha Centauri. Nowhere for them to go except staying in an empty bookshop with nothing else and God and Satan being able to pop in whenever they want?

God basically gave them a choice between having it all back as it was (with them never being free of heaven and hell and inevitably having another Second Coming, a Great Plan and war that destroys earth) or living in a world of nothing forever.

Instead they chose to break free and make a new universe were none of that could exist, including them and including God.

They would never have been left alone, heaven and hell always dragged them back into it. They would have never been free, or happy together. So they stood in front of God and told her to go fuck herself.

A Roman version and a French Revolution version and a WWII version and ON AND ON AND ON AND ON AND---

These 2 are soulmates. They have met and fallen in love at first sight again and again and again because their souls know each other already, even if they don’t intellectually remember. That’s only one kind of memory. Our bodies also remember. Our spirits remember. They remember each other every time they meet again. Just not in the way we traditionally think of memory.
