hi just wanna say this is my interp!! allll from my pov! It's a mess here haha (pun intended)...

FIRST OFF I REALLY LIKE THE USED OF DUOTONE HERE... Pink and Black, such classic combination. 🥺 I like that it is BRIGHT pink too... which I usually associate with feeling "icky" or "yuck" because I have to regularly eat pink liquid medicine when I was kid ...

I also really like the "worldbuilding" here, in which how the world is presented in here. Building sinking into some void(?) stuff, I like to think protag Gienka doesn't pay too much attention to the outside world so that's why it's a bunch of jumble.

The cover is sooo detailedly drawn too (❤️´艸｀❤️) There's so many small items and you can zoom in and see what kind of stuff it is... i kind of assume it's "what makes up Gienka" the person she is, or trauma(?)

Also hi. Object head lover here, everyone on the outside world being an object head is so cute.

When Gienka has her abdomen snitched open oooo i lovee how the goop is drawnnnn and it DOES LOOK LIKE A MESS, instead of actual slime-like substance. It looks like a bunch of hair tangled up together, WHICH IS A MESS. "My belly is full of mess" and it is a mess.

Honestly it's kind of real too because if we were to equate the "mess" being trauma or sort, (in my experience) therapist kind of only work with you for a specific amount of time (like 1 hour/2hours), once the time is up you're left digesting what was said even if it's not resolved. EVERYONE IS SO DISMISSIVE TO GIENKA'S WELLBEING TOO WHATDAHELL #murderisOK

I realise Gienka is only looking forward to eat the chips, but is very dismissive to other food—she barely touch her plate of food while her family had theirs eaten. I also noticed she likes to eat non-edible items such as her handphone 🤔, the plate, the powder container(?), and it always happened after she experienced something bad. She ate her phone after having that conversation with her mom, the plate after the convo with her family (about being dismissive to her condition) and the container after that appointment... I see this as her swallowing her trauma down. 🤔?

I WANNA TAKE A MOMENT TO SAY I LOVE THE USE OF EMPTY SPACE IN THIS COMIC... The one where she felt overwhelmed (?) (swallowed up by the crowd) and spit out to get the chips... ough it feels so isolating and lonely when she stand in front of the rows of chip.

I consistently zoom into details for each panel with *many things*,(because hehe my belly is full of things /joke) I would zoom into the panel where Gienka dines with her family, and the boxes on the ground makes me think if they just recently move in? AND HER FAMILY ALL SIT OPPOSITE OF HER... She is constantly put aside and isolated it's so consistent throughout the whole comic... I also want to mention the crosshatching done in this comic is soooo goodddd 🥺🥺 Still on the family page, "freezing the whole patient" got me thinking of those type of anti-depressant that makes you feel nothing. (⊙ˍ⊙)? Or Lobotomy ... hahah. I have a feeling each of her family members represents the three type of person approaching someone who's mentally ill is so fascinating.

Awhh the angle is done so well in this comic as well, when she walked to her appointment.

Also DAMN, her walking up the staircase and bowing down to Dr. Lukasz(?) like some diety... woruh... once again dude's being so dismissive we should #murderisOK Then it switches personality and become more friendlier than the previous proxy.

The encounter reminds me of the way mental healthcare can sometimes become so clinical that the person behind the diagnosis disappears. 🤔 I like how the healthcare workers are portrayed almost like robots; distant, procedural, and capable of recognizing emotions without actually understanding them. They don't really listen to what the patient is feeling because oftentimes they categorize it, label it as a symptom, and treat it as another problem that needs to be corrected. It's almost as though the patient has stopped being a person and has instead become a collection of symptoms to be observed and managed... WOA... "The side effect will make you sleep like a baby" this is crazy because I know anti-depressants that specifically work like that so you don't spend a lot of times thinking because you're so tired.

I LIKE THAT SHE TRIPS ON THE CABBAGE BECAUSE it feels like something unnecessary and she doesn't like doing it but have to anyway because of her mom and bought the cabbage...

THE ENCOUNTER WITH HER BROTHER.. OUGH... I REALLY LIKE HOW THE PANELS SPIRAL (like spiralling LITERALLY) as she continues to argue with her brother. AND ALSO, I really really like how the conversation goes between these two... Like her brother never explicitly says it, but the implication is so strong that you can visually hear the unspoken meaning behind his words.

Those who embrace their SIN are known as Sinners. They are capable of wielding supernatural abilities, collectively referred to as "Sin." However, overindulgence leads to corruption. When a Sin fully consumes its bearer, they become a destructive force known as a Vicer.

Opposing them are those who reject the Seven Sins entirely. These individuals follow the path of the Seven Virtues. Believing humanity should turn away from “tainted” desires, they pursue a vision of righteousness. Little is known about what happens when one embraces a Virtue or whether it grants any power at all. What is clear is that these groups rely heavily on high-tech seraphic equipment rather than SIN itself to combat Vicers.

Despite their differences, both sides agree on one thing: cases of Vice terrorize the cities every day. Each faction simply has its own way of handling the threat. VIIN is a major organization dedicated to guiding Sinners, teaching them to channel their Sins productively instead of succumbing to destruction. By contrast, the VIIRTUES operate as underground vigilantes, eliminating Vicers outright.
