The same media that laughed away J6 and sane-washed Trump are now performatively flailing because Biden took the constant threats Trump made to his family and Fauci seriously enough to fear they’d be wrongly persecuted by a weaponized DOJ, and gave them preemptive pardons. Their choice to be outraged over that while ignoring the entire context of Trump being a brazen criminal who wants to hunt down his enemies sums up the media’s role in how we got here.
