I saw the new “Whore of Babylon” art the JWs released. It was really cool. Whoever made that should go paint for magic the gathering. LMK if you know that artist. Anyway their painting was cool n’ all but I had some notes. A more cute, more relatable Whore of Babylon is gonna draw them in. Dommy Mommy WOB can only give so much.

I always thought Noah was a bitter bitch for not letting others on the ark. So much for neighborly love.  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

JW Jezebel is always gonna be my favorite 80′s glam design of an evil queen. 

Meaning, I don’t believe what they teach, but I am not allowed to express my feelings without serious repercussions. I would be labeled an apostate and shunned by my family. JW doctrine incites its followers to shun those who are disfellowshipped to ‘keep the congregation clean.’ so If I express my dismay amongst my JW family, I could be disfellowshipped. There is no scriptural basis to outright shun members, its purely JW doctrine. So I’m still going to meetings (church), biding my time till I can move out and leave without being kicked out of my home.

I made a thing about my FEEEELINGS. Things have been very constrictive lately, feeling a lack of anything resembling humanity. I know others relate. Theres bits I need to fix on this, but I’ll do that later.

Part One of the Long Beach Convention. I’ll bore you to tears. You gotta click on the picture to view the extra text. 

One of my first recollections of being in the congregation when I was 10 or 11. There was a talk about the role of women in the congregation. Seeing my mom fitting those criteria was a little reassuring that other people would like me better. 

I’ve been watching the Royal Commission happening in Australia, its pretty frustrating. But it’s nice seeing someone finally putting the WTBTS feet to the fire about anything.
