Rollercoaster...
Last year was a tough one for me. 2015 wasn't exactly my year. First, I failed my thesis. Second, I got pregnant. I have never felt so down that you just wanted to die. Waking up felt so hard to do. I wanted to fast forward everything. Being pregnant at my age last year (19) wasn't really what I planned. People would look at you as if you killed someone. When I told my family about it, they were mad but at the same time disappointed and sad. But they still supported me. I have always been so positive about my future, positive but had no such purpose in living life. I thought I lost my life. I thought I lost everything. I cried day and night. I could barely smile genuinely. Everything was so damn ruined, as I thought. I left my home to live with my boyfriend because this is where me and my baby will live, as what I have planned. I thought everything would be perfect but then I caught him cheating.. his secrets and lies. I felt betrayed. I was so mad. I didn't know who to turn to. All I did was cry and cry and cry. I couldn't do anything but accept his apology since the due date will be real soon and I couldn't afford to lose my baby just because of the anger I have for him. The moment came. She came. And I felt the happiest moment of my life. I was teary-eyed. I was so glad to finally see her alive and kicking. She is the prettiest creature I have ever seen. From that moment on, I know life just started. But now I am sure that I have a purpose in living life. Being a mom isn't easy. I had to wake up whenever she's awake to feed her. I won't care about how I look because seriously it doesn't really matter and I would rather sleep during my free time (when she's asleep). I look like a zombie all the time. Tired and all. But it's the most fulfilling thing I have every done.. being a mom to my daughter. True as they may say, that being a mom is the hardest job ever. No salary, no day off, no break time. But I have realized that seeing her smile is worth more than thousands of money. Her smile, her existence is gold. And I will surely treasure the milestone along the way.
