If all you did was get out of bed today even if you didn't get out of bed and you just woke up it doesn't matter I am still so incredibly proud of you! And I’m not talking abt pinning my arms or anything, I’m talking abt;

Tickling both sides of my neck so no matter where I turn my head I can’t escape the feeling

Lightly scratching the backs of my underarms while the other hand does the same to the fronts

Skittering along both the back and palm of my hand so no matter what i can’t do anything about it

Squeezing both my ribs so when I turn to hide one set, the tickling becomes worse on the opposite one to make me turn back over

Turning me on my side and tickling both my lower back and stomach so all I could do is laugh and laugh

Scribbling the backs of my knees while squeezing the top so there’s nowhere for me to hide it

Spidering the tops of my feet if I try and hide the bottoms, and fluttering fingers on the bottoms when I try and hide the top

- i’m socially exhausted - i don’t have the time right now - i don’t know how to reply - i have a bad memory and got distracted - i’m having a depressive episode and don’t have the energy to socialise
