Thank you guys for being so awesome and sending in headcanons, y'all are so creative with your ideas and I'm gonna miss this

as the alchemist/chemist of the group, blue actually has a fully decked out potion/chem lab. if they're not working on farms or hanging out with the rest of cg, they're probably there working on some strange experiment

blue has an insanely high tolerance to non-edible materials, both naturally and through a built-up resistance. they also have pica, a disorder known for causing the desire to eat non-edible materials. blue has eaten every potion material they've used, no matter how gross or non-edible it is outside of potions. that includes redstone, despite yellow's warning about it (blue fared much better than yellow did due to their high tolerance, luckily)

blue is highly temperature sensitive. useful for knowing if something is brewing (or cooking) at the right temperature, very bad for being dunked in lava

blue knows a LOT about dangerous substances and chemicals. a lot that they really shouldn't know. alan once had to deal with a wellness check after someone saw 'how to make mustard gas' in his search history thanks to blue's curiosity

blue is both a yapper and a listener, but their yapping takes prompting first. if asked any question about chemistry, they can and will launch into a 7 hour lecture you cannot escape from

yellow strikes a very very odd balance between easily stressed out and rarely stressed. he appears like the most rational, calm member of the colorgang, but his patience runs short and anything going wrong could easily send him down a spiral. that is, if he's alone. yellow's very good at, despite all his emotional constipation, noticing the emotions he feels in others, deciding that if the other feels it then he doesn't have to, and essentially shutting off the emotional part of his brain to focus better. if everyone around him is panicking, he's the one with the level head, because they all already feel the panic he's feeling, so he doesn't have to feel it anymore

however. if he's alone, not with enough people considering the circumstances, or nobody else is panicking in a stressful situation, that's when he loses it. and oh boy does yellow lose it when stressed. one of the biggest examples is the texture pack episode, where he and red are cornered, only he and red are actually panicking to any extent, so he just.. bombs the texture pack. i fully believe if there were more people on his and red's side, or if red was freaking out way more, yellow would've been able to get away calmly—but the circumstances didn't meet the threshold for his stress redirection, and he panicked and went for the very first thing he thought of. which was bombs!

TCO: Grand, epic and orchestral

TSC: Happy, cheery, fast paced with chip tune and 8 bit elements

TDL: Slow, Imposing, menacing and cold

Victim/H4CK3R and King Orange: Sadder versions of TDL's theme, with Victim/H4CK3R's sounding more technological and King's sounding more orchestral, both trying to appear cold and unfeeling but having some sad and somber parts

red - very earthy, like petrichor and fresh soil orange - kind of like a campfire, a sort of smoky sap-like scent. when awakened, literally ozone yellow - butterscotch with a slight citrus tinge. if he's clean, that is. otherwise, oil and grease and redstone green - mountain dew baja blast. aka tropical lime blue - similar to red, also very earthy, but with slight pops of scents that are otherworldly and hard to give a proper flavor profile to (caused by the potions & netherwart) purple - petrichor and flowers and the slightest tinge of metal chosen - nothing. the absence of scent. as no one however, wet dog dark - pre-death, oil and grease with an underlying scent of saccharine watermelon. post-death, a corpse h4ck - as vic, cologne and pine trees. as h4ck, overwhelmingly sterile electricity

Im doing better lately but it's still hard. Deciding if I should just quit Tumblr for a bit rather than just hiatus though

TDL sheds his skin like a lizard, leaving flakes around the house and using the shredded skin to freak TCO out

orchid was closeted bi out of fear for what would happen if she came out

Chosen’s vision is constantly tinted slightly red because of his lasers. He sometimes struggles to tell TSC & TDL apart because of this.

Blue’s vision is ALSO tinted red, but it’s because of the Nether Wart. Nobody knows about this, because the CG are so strikingly different in shades that Blue has never mixed them up.
