Farewell old friend

Hey everyone,

As most of you have probably noticed by now, I haven’t regularly been on tumblr in a couple months. Tumblr just isn’t fun for me anymore. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m getting older, or because I don’t make any original content, because my blog has – like last time – once again turned into a multifandom mess I cannot control and don’t enjoy running, or what, but tumblr to me is now a chore rather than fun. I’ll be leaving this blog up as an archive as I did with my last blog, but it will not be active.

To my followers, thanks for seeing me and my blog as something worth watching. To the friends I’ve made along the way (especially Chance and Aimee) thank you for being great friends and being supportive of my blog and myself. I’m sorry it’s been months since we last talked.

I’m thinking of starting a new blog, one I wont be on as much but that will reflect my current interests rather than my old ones that I’m dragging with me as dead weight. It’ll also be somewhere I’ll be able to house the one thing in life I love; writing. Whether its fanfiction or original content (more likely) I’d really like something to come of the stuff I write, and I’m thinking of maybe posting it to tumblr. I’ve also recently gotten back into art, something I loved when I was younger but – like my writing – ceased for a few years when I became depressed. My skill was gone by then but I believe I’m regaining it, and enjoying art. So that might make an appearance as well. I’d certainly like it to. I’ll probably start the blog in the next few days and begin figuring out what I’m doing with it.

 However, I don’t want my new blog to be associated with this one or my last, as I’m trying to remake with a completely fresh start. For that reason, I wont put a link to my new blog here for you to follow. If you want to follow me on my new blog, send me an ask for my new url. Obviously I don’t have one now as I’ve not made the blog yet, but I’ll come back here and make a post when I’ve done so. If people message me, great! You can follow me and maybe we can be friends. If not, that’s okay too. Again, thank you all for following my blog and making my time on tumblr enjoyable; but now, I need to move towards other goals. xx
