ᴄᴏɴꜱᴛᴀɴᴛ ᴠɪɢɪʟᴀɴᴄᴇ

𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 “𝐛𝐢𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐲”:

alastor kept his head low when he was a student. head low, grades high, and knew that no matter what he had to be good enough to become an auror. once he joined the ministry he allowed himself to break free, allowed himself to make waves, but that wave making was only to better him and his fellow aurors at their jobs.

as for limits, alastor didn’t care for them. he was always pushing himself and others because, in his heart, he believed that if he didn’t surpass his limits he’d be at the business end of some lowlife death eater’s wand. now, that isn’t to say he wanted to live. living was complicated, life was full of bullshit he didn’t really care to think about or handle, but living had become a habit of his. plus, he planned on either dying of old age (which was out of the  question) or to voldemort himself so that he could at least get a good swing in before he died.

so, for now, moody is just continuing his life’s work to lock any death eater up that he can find and try not to let himself die so he can protect the few people he believes are worth the time.

𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲:

alastor moody is a foul-mouthed, no nonsense, absolutely incorruptible asshole. he doesn’t pull any punches with anyone he interacts with and, while very aware, of being one of the best aurors in his field he will give the same curtesy to his superiors at the ministry that he does to everyone else (aka none). 

if you train under him as an auror you will get pushed past your limits, find new ones, and push past those. if you don’t succeed under him you will either die in the field or be kicked. he has no time for either. he’s fought along side better wizards than you and have seen them be killed and tortured before his very eyes.

as for a “love life” he doesn’t have one. i will be playing alastor as asexual. on top of that, even if he wasn’t ace he wouldn’t trust anyone to come near him like that anyway. frankly, he’s seen the worst of man and can’t even think about anyone like that.
