3 weeks in Europe this summer will not be enough. I’m not living the life I should be living!

Really working on the guilt I feel everytime after I eat certain foods. I really should probably be more disciplined and not eat them but it’s hard, trying to be balanced and healthy about weight loss is hard

I’ve attempted to make so many new blogs over the years but I always come back to this one. The one with almost no remaining active followers, the one that I’ve had for over 15 years. The time capsule of my adolescence and 20s. It’s a warm hug, and a kick in the shin. But it’s a home.
