-> if you got a garden or yard, put a blanket or rug in the grass and lay there! that way the blades of grass won't hurt your skin, but you're still outside! you can put your blanket in the sun for some vitamin D, or in the shadow if you just want some fresh air

bonus point if your pet decides to lay in the blanket with you!

-> tummy time in grass! play with the blades of grass just outside your blankie, feel their texture, maybe rip them appart! roll around a bit, let's get grass in our hairs, that's a problem for bathtime!

-> cloudgaze! look up and try to find shapes in the clouds! I love making up dragons and sharks!

Your little space isn’t just for recreating a childhood, it’s about processing everything that’s happened as a kid and adult. You’re allowed to feel those big emotions, and respond to them.
