I would say this for my has been the worse Christmas holiday I’ve ever experienced. I don’t feel the spirit. I feel depressed. I don’t feel the love

At times I completely forget I have this and it’s the best way to express myself besides writing it down in a journal or instagram

You need to fly straight. There are still so many opportunities for you out there still. But you need to display the self discipline.

That self love has been missing for a long while and it’s the best type of self discipline one can have.

I know it’s hard to start and stick to the plan but you have done it before. You remembered how great it felt when you tatted back at Real Mona and training with Dave and not smoking. The clarity. The calmness. The focus. The DRIVE.

Love yourself and you can accomplish everything you set yourself out for.
