I was rereading the chapter where one of the misfits class, Gaap Goemon, went to an evil cycle. (was it an evil cycle?)

There was an event where the misfits class have to fight the teachers while protecting two first years. The teacher that Gaap got involved with is Tsumuru.

But the thing is, Gaap's juniors kept fighting and arguing with each other which causes him a lot of stress and anxiousness (those darn brats stressing my precious like that😤).

Anyways, Gaap's family backstory is about them having a very terrible face that if you look at it, it would drive you into a huge insanity and maybe even drive you to death.

So, that's what happened when he got into an evil cycle.

Tsumuru noticed that and took action right away. He first destroyed the camera that were following them (probably because they were being broadcasted and if the audience saw, they will also turn into a victim of the insanity). The other two students caught a glimpse of Gaap's face but we're stopped by Tsumuru.

He also made sure to conceal Gaap's face which most likely making him take a longer direct hit from Gaap's ability. He then used a lot of different advanced mental regulation magic on himself, on Gaap, and to the first years.

He called the relief team while healing the first years and has probably kept at it until the team arrived.

I'm pretty sure magic uses a lot of mana especially advanced magic. So, for him to use a lot of magic despite taking a direct and very damaging hit is really impressive.

Also, in the aftermath, when Gaap went back to normal, Tsumuru was there with him in the clinic. Gaap asked him if he could see the first years so that he could apologize but Tsumuru prevented him. Apparently, even though the first years only took a glimpse of it, it was still enough to put a huge strain on them mentally. And although they were already okay at the time, they were still slightly mentally fragile that if they saw Gaap even in his normal state, they might get ptsd and undergo a shock once again.

Like, didn't he take a much longer hit from it? But he's okay (not completely) already? He's really amazing. Man, he really is now my fave character.
