In a beautiful space, sharing our creative story and dream with incredible, liked minded people. Woodford, you were a dream come true and we are endlessly grateful for everything you brought into our world. The friendships, the memories, the lessons - thank you for it all. 

Spent two weeks getting certified to teach yoga on 40 acres of beautiful mountains, swimming holes, waterfalls and forests.

Start with meatless Mondays, and maybe make it your goal to only eat meat one or two days a week? Switch to nondairy butter spread? Use applesauce instead of eggs while baking? Use almond milk in some things, like baked goods? Whatever you want, but if we all reduce our consumption, that’s how changes will be made.

I’m smiling because I’m falling even more deeply in love with my best friends. Falling, falling, falling. Always very much.
