Never had I expected that the recovery of giving birth would also be a quite a ride mentally. Quite naive maybe, or is it still a subject we don’t talk about that much? The daily drawings helped me process. This one especially is very dear to me. That is why I gave it as thank you gift to my gynaecologist. She made it possible to provide what I needed most, and made me feel safe and at ease with what was about to happen. Forever grateful for this power lady. This was a gift straight from my heart, accompanied it with a very nice bottle of wine.
