i am completely in control of my body and my actions. i do not need, nor should i want, any more than the bare minimum of food, to provide me with just enough energy for my day. any more than that is unnecessary, and i am above putting unnecessary things in my body. i am in control, and when i keep that control strong and consistent, i lose weight. it’s that simple.
