IT’S LIKE GALLIFREY. IT SOUNDS LIKE THE TIME LORDS. IF THE TIME LORDS WERE A SONG AND NOT A TITLE/RANK OF A SPECIES THIS WOULD BE THEM. BEAUTIFUL AND DEEP AND SAD AND DANGEROUS AND POWERFUL AND AT TIMES HEAVENLY.

I’m just a mad man rambling and wondering if someone will listen. If not, at least she hears me.

Do you know what I think is absolutely fucking crazy? And I mean absolutely mind boggling. 

Time Dilation. How movement affects time. How you perceive time.  I mean honestly. How you experience time is vastly different than how I do, how Seeker does, how Omega does, how anyone does. It’s like colours! No one sees the same colours, not any two people! Isn’t that amazing- you see your world so beautifully, in your own beautiful way. Your life is yours entirely and how you perceive it is yours and no one else’s. This universe is yours and no one can take that from you. No one. It is yours.

Anyway, back to the beauty that is time. I’m in love with it and yet it doesn’t exist. Time is a construct of how we relate events to each other. How does one define time? Think of it, how do you define time? Get past telling time on a clock and the passage of hours and yesterday versus next week on Wednesday and this year versus next and forget everything that you know about a comparison. You are left with nothing. Basic time is taught as how event a relates to event b- did event b happen before or after or at the same time as event a? Well, what if I took this kindergarten question and raised it to the complexity of the example of the overseer (you) of this question knows that event a and event b both occurred at the same moment in time but those observing event b left event b at it’s completion and traveled at lightspeed to event a to observe it, and those observing event a left at it’s completion and traveled at lightspeed to event b? Which event happened first, then? Those coming from event a will say a happened first while those coming from event b will say that b happened first and you will argue that they happened at the same time. You are all correct- for you, it happened at the same time. For a, a happened first and b last. For b, b happened first and a last. How?

Dilation. Gravity affects time. The pull of a star will affect time less than the pull of a black hole. Speed affects time. Objects in motion perceive time as slower than objects at rest. Your mother walking to the bathroom at a slow pace will see you as moving faster (traveled more of a distance in a shorter period) than her while you quickly walk to the kitchen. That is a basic concept. 

What is not a basic concept is that of how you actually perceive that time. One can not perceive time without a comparison. Millisecond to second to minute to hour to day to week to month to year. August 15th, 1972 to January 12th, 1839. Time is a perception of relating events, comparing how these events happened.

My people and your people observe time in the same matter. 

Yours most often see it in a linear fashion, a happened before b happened before c, z happened after y happened after x. N(1) happened at the same time as N(2) happened at the same times as N(3). Yours is more two dimensional, in a sense. Height and width. Confined and easy to focus on a map. Easy to plot. You account for your metrics in the idea of four- one for time, three for space. This would look like (in a traditional sense, not astrological): 

January 1, 2009, 3:02:57AM (which defines the one for time)

Latitude: 9°34′22″S   -9.5726717 Longitude: 57°42′31″W   -57.7087487 (which defines for space excluding height)

Ours is more of a three dimensional. It still has years and days and seconds and dates. Ours see it more circular, though, a happened before, during, and after b which happened before, during and after c, which happened before during and d.. We still compare the same. We just perceive it differently. Our metrics account for time and space, yes, but we also figure in the observers point in space and their perception of time and the speed at which the event moved and also the speed of the observer and so on and blah blah blah.. It takes no longer though.

I could write so much more about this. Just know that how you perceive everything is so special. You are special.

We are not otherkin, fictionkin, or any other type of kin. We do not wish to be related to kin and we do no associate with them. We are also not pagan or Wiccan or any sort of relation. We are not affiliated with any religions or groups other than ourselves. We welcome everyone to our Skype groups and have no prejudices. We’re not some social hierarchy group.

And at that, we aren’t manipulative or better than anyone else. Nor am I some pagan leader archetype.

My blog is not a fandom blog. Its not an otherkin/fictionkin blog. Its not a pop culture paganism blog. Its more like a personal diary of what I personally remember from being a Time Lord before coming to Earth and this universe. I also will answer questions people ask me to the best of my ability. That is all this blog is for. I don’t even tag anything.

Recently, there have apparently been people watching me and my close friend (who I’ve known since we were children on Gallifrey) And saying we’re manipulative, bad people and trying to lie to people in the pc paganism community and the fictionkin community. We don’t claim to be part of any group and we definitely don’t want to be leaders or looked up to. We’re just as lost as confused as everyone else. We don’t claim to be any better than anyone else. We barely know who we are I’m not about to tell someone else who they are. Yes we’d like to help by answering asks but we almost never “hijack” posts or anything of the sort. The only post ive ever done this to is one below this where I corrected some folks on the silver leaf trees of gallifrey because i remember how they worked, and also thought it would be an interesting read for my followers.

I’m not here to tell people what to do. I’m just here to tell people what I know and what I’ve experienced.
