FALLING / WHITE SIN.

it is said that the goddess etro will OPEN THE GATE to welcome the souls of the departed. when that happens it is said a bright light shall shine from the LAND OF THE DEAD. any who witnessed that light is rumored to receive GREAT POWER, or at least that is how the LEGEND is suppose to go…

but no matter the power … if it is the COST OF SOMEONE’S LIFE …                                                               it would give me nightmares…

with revered wisdom that the stars have shone upon him, could it be true ? could he actually be light & has been for all of this time as the gods bask in their self-righteous glory from the periphery of the heavens, shrouded by the darkness of their hubris ? when light consumes itself to become even brighter, it is a wondrous & yet blinding sight. it obscures purpose and desires for placing oneself in the situation in which they will find the fruit that they seek in the end. the light becomes selfish and flawed, wanting things that simply can not be unless it falls to illusions. and that is the darkness in which light can provide, suppressing the certainty of true self. the mind thus begins to believe in an idolised version of oneself, and a hurtful seed is sown.

she holds the world in her grasp and the stars on her body. she is many things. she is self-ordained mother & resting place. delos is a sanctum of her divine creation, but her company is a familiar world in which can linger within under assurance that a light is here in a negated realm. in that regard, what is he ? it is the question that slowly attaches itself to the concept of living for him. he is fearful to exchange such developed thoughts as this with anyone. they would be deemed too harrowing. against the laws of the anarchy above. atypical of such an existence.

contradiction & duality is a beautiful thing about him. he is the chiaroscuro of elysium, the quiet union of light and darkness. it is not thought that a darkness could beget a light so gentle and cast away. much more so than all of the light that the twelve possess, to whom the earth offer their whispered prayers. ichor acts only in the boastful interests of itself under the guise of pleaded aid.

      – dearly beloved, crowned by light & stardust twinkling with everflowing life. she was garbed in pure white ( holy bride & harbinger of destruction, she was beauty & chaos in the same breath) her eyes were steeled, ready to cross the line ( at this moment, the matters of love & blood were in the way… ) if cold, resigned & regal was the queen’s expression, then the princess’s was that of despair. the lone lily in the midst of the dazzling chaos ( it was quiet but seeing her elder sister’s raw power left her frightened beyond belief ). but then, those words came to her: a hushed whisper.

Her voice sounds empty like a clock without a metronome ticking at its wake. It’s cogs broken and twisted until it is left hallow and cold like the beam of violets engrave against her gaze. He remembers her differently, like a midsummer’s dream. A girl running on the field of flowers her hand on his, leading him astray, and he would have followed her everywhere. The girl lives within his dreams, but her vessel has grown unrecognizable. How cruel etro must have been to unite these two together, only to have them torn apart with a blade on each hand. He is the heir to nothing, the prince overthrown like a beggar on the streets. And while he declines, she ascends within the ranks of the empire that has clipped her wings, singing nothing but the virtuous oath towards the  forgotten god of gold. (CALL ME NOCT / I’LL CALL YOU THAT NEXT TIME), does she still remember their second meeting before destiny mercilessly claimed them? Tongue tied and vengeance enthralled, he stands firm. He has no reason to strike her for his enemy was the fools that cowers behind her.
