so i know that only a few people will see this but if you could help out that would be amazing. so i’m 16 and i live in Ontario. the laws here about emancipation and moving out are pretty relaxed, when you are 16 you can decide where you live. thats it. but unless your parents kicked you out they do not have to financially support you. i live in a toxic house hold, there is no blatant abuse, but my parents definitely take a mental toll on me. they don’t call me my birth name, but refuse to allow me to medically transition. i will get grounded for anything and everything. when i get grounded i have no electronics and i rely on devices at school. this takes a toll on my grades and schoolwork. i need to get out, and i am going to soon. i found a cheap place where i can stay and get a job nearby, but the initial move is very expensive. if you would like to help me out by sending anything, even just a dollar, to me my e-transfer is [email protected] . please, please help me leave, i am begging you. thank you for reading this <3
