Peter: sooooo, i kind of adopted a puppy.

“Again?”He’s been playing this game for years now. “Becky, I adopted a puppy!”, and then “Becky, Aunt May won’t let me keep it! Maybe you can take care of it? Please”And she does for a while, until she can’t take it anymore. The people down at the local animal shelter already know her by name, and sometimes even try to convince her to keep the dogs.

She’s not gonna fall for it this time.

“What did you call it?”

“Yeah, that was my breakfast today so I said why not? And here we are.” He shots a smile at her, as soon as the door is shut he puts the dog on the floor, and it blasts off.

“I think he likes it here.” Smooth as always Mr. Parker, he knows he shouldn´t be asking this, not again. He tells himself that Waffles will help Becky deal with Rocket, since she never speaks about it, a dog might be just what she needs.

“Found him behind some dumpsters.” What he means: I got thrown into a pile of garbage and I heard some noise behind me and found the dog. “He looked lonely and scared.” He barked at his mask. “So I picked him up and found him some food.” Gave him half a hot-dog that I bought that day, the dog got sick after that. “Took him home, and a few days later Aunt May said I can´t keep the dog.”

He makes The Face, the face that asks Becky to keep the dog, that it will be “just for a while”, and then the little guy helps Peter in the most perfect way. The dog comes back runing towards them, and jumps towards Rebecca, trying to catch her hand.

“He likes you…” Peter smiles.

(Palito de Pan se la pela a la amistad de Peter y Becky! Headcannon: Peter adora ver perros. Siempre que sale a patrullar o sólo va de camino a alguna parte, está atento a cualquier perrito que se le aparezca en el camino. Al principio es divertido, hasta que se empieza a volver un problema. El niño no es bueno con la puntualidad y esto sólo se agrega a sus problemas. MJ y Harry ya aceptaron que nunca va a llegar a tiempo y al menos se divierte viendo a los perros y lo comparte a cada rato.

Becky se enojaba al principio porque siempre llegaba tarde y en serio no necesitaba que su amigo llegara tarde, en especial después que su hermana la volvió a plantar. Johnny nunca le va a aceptar que se tarde una hora extra después de estar con los perros, y aparte, llega más sucio que de costumbre, por Dios hombre, consigue un poco de estilo…

Obivamente Peter sabe que le enoja a todos cuando llega tarde, así que cuando ve al perro se toma fotos con él y se las enseña. Si es callejero trata de llevarlo a que conozca a sus amigo. Todos se emocionan de ver al perro, porque quién no lo haría?!

Ya todos en NY saben que Spider-Man se la pasa acariciando perros por toda la cuidad y le toman fotos con ellos. Becky administra esas fotos porque siempre es divertido ver a Peter emocionarse con cada perro que ve, en todas las fotos ella sabe que debajo de m la máscara trae una sonrisa de oreja a oreja.

Headcanon en español que voy a rebloguear porque NO MAMES, si! La cantidad de veces que Peter debe haber llegado a casa de Becky con perros callejeros que Becky termina llevando a refugios por miedo a no poderlos cuidar (otro trauma cortesía de nuestro amigo Palito de Pan)

Además soy partidaria de que Becky tenga un blog donde colecciona las fotos que toma la gente y las empareja con la selfie que le manda Peter. Es blog privado, y solo ella y los Parker tienen las contraseñas.

Y es que me imagino a Peter llegando con Becky con un perrito que parece trapeador en los brazos: “se llama Waffles y es tu hijo ahora, Rebecca!”
