Recently I found myself experiencing just how #harmful it can be to be #targeted online due to #miscommunications and #misrepresentations. This is a short #article detailing how quickly and easily #socialmedia hurt my #mentalhealth. I'd really appreciate it if you could share this to help prevent it happening to anyone else. 💜💙

The word #triggered doesn't mean insulted or offended. It is a legitimate #mentalhealth term, so please stop #downplaying serious issues.

Sometimes others may look at us and assume we're defeated. Sometimes we may look at ourselves and feel the same way. But looks and feelings can be deceiving, and when we least expect it we may find that we can surprise them AND ourselves by springing back to life stronger than before. 💓💙

"My muscles still ache every now and then, but I'm finding that I'm stronger than I was yesterday..." 💪💓

I really hate asking for things, but I recently went through a time of great loss and had such amazing support to help me through it, so I wanted to make something that can maybe help some people who may not have anyone there for them in the only way I can: Spoken word poetry. I'd really appreciate it if you could help me create this album.

Oftentimes, even if we don’t realize it, the reason we can’t #letgo is because there’s part of us that #blame ourselves for whatever happened. Work on figuring out what the reason is, and then work on #forgiving ourselves for it, AND THEN we can truly find #healing.

This is an inspirational spoken word poem entitled, "The Lost Man." At times of great grief and trauma we can often lose sight of who we were before the situation, and we may find ourselves lost, without a clue of where to go or what to do, but as long as we're still here, there's still time to find that person again.
