All together now: you were wrong. Don’t be shy, John. We wouldn’t want to offend my many fans, after all. ... And what d’you mean, ‘interesting”? Of course they’re interesting. They’re my fans.

My emotions, whether they’re in relation to John or not, could never be described as ‘fluffy’.
