I stumbled upon this blog, what does SaF mean?

Hi there! I hope you like peppifake because that's most of what you're getting here.

As for the meaning of SaF, it's for Secrets and Flowers. It's the title of the fanfic these two came from. You could read it for context, but tldr: The events of the game happened. Peppino ended up stuck with Fake Peppino (who is named Bruno). They end up growing close, but hanahaki hits Peppino hard and he distances himself from Bruno until in the end where both of them confess about their feelings for each other.

Okay then, when does this blog take place?

Post-story. They've just decided that they're a couple.

If you got to this blog from ao3, I assume that you're old enough to read the fic. If somehow you did find this blog through tumblr? I'm hoping that you're not a minor and if you are, you should leave. I'm 20+ and I will post and crosspost my smut fics here, so it's best that you leave.

Besides that, I guess just don't be rude to the mun and other online etiquette. I'm having fun here; just enjoy the occasional writing. This blog is mostly an outlet for me to just put out little fics and experiment with character dialogue.

What do you mean by "put in a prompt for them?"

If you want to, you can give an activity for me to write these two in. Could be something simple like "Pep and Bruno having Breakfast together." If you're shy, that's okay, anon is always going to be on.

Peppino has a younger sister named Maria. She calls herself Ria and she and Pep talk to each other once in a while to catch up with each other.

Ria was there when Pep got kicked out of their house. Pep was so sick with flowers. She didn't know that was what sh— HE was keeping secret from everyone.

His reward for telling the truth was him being free of the flowers in his lungs and getting thrown away like garbage by the people who were supposed to be taking care of them.

He does exist in this. Never mentioned him by name before, but he ended up being Pep's little brother in this au.

As for how he feels about this whole situation?

He already didn't like Peppino for "leaving the family." Finding out that Peppino's trans, bi, AND dating that clone almost made him want to quit playing him in the movie.

[Peppino grips the newspaper he was holding as he waited for customers. He held it. Shaking. Until he relaxes and breathes.]

He puts it down on the counter and stares at you.

"I don't know. Haven't seen him in person in years."

His eyes drill into you, almost as if he's looking past those shades into yours. Did you know him personally or were you just another one that watched Theo's movie and noticed his name in the credits.

[Bruno lets you hold his ribbon tail as he wonders what your reaction to finding out that you're holding a part of his body would be. As you touch it, he's trying not to let them move around as much.]

He grabs it and turns to face you with a genuine grin, ("Thank you! I made it myself! It's made of... mostly cotton, flowers, grass, leaves, wheat, and... uh, other animal furs? Haven't gotten to know what wool feels like.")

The same way an adult feels about teens sneaking into R-rated movies. It happens. You understand why it happens because you were also a teen, but you do your best to try and put up warnings and accept that you've done your part and that it's also their decision to sneak in. If they ignore signs and complain about the contents of the movie afterwards, then maybe they should accept the consequences of their actions and also remember that they shouldn't have been there in the first place.

I wonder, do you have a favourite time of year to do so? Like, which season do you enjoy watching it the most?

And pardon me for asking a second question, but if you were to pick a colour to represent your partner, what would it be? Why do you think of that colour for them? (Or more than one colour)

[They both look at the sea slug in front of them. Peppino's somewhat expected that it's magic and that's how it's talking while Bruno's more intrigued by both them in general and by the question it just asked.]

Bruno speaks up first; the ribbons behind him swishing back and forth, ("Every season's so nice! I can't just pick a favorite! Spring's great for the fresh grass and the smell of newly bloomed flowers mixing with the breeze. Summer's warmth gets low around the sunset and the scent of sea salt's stronger. Fall and its colorful leaves and cool winds are so good! Winter's sunsets are rarer for us to see, but with right amount of snow falling; it's beautiful.")

A thoughtful expression crossed his face. The ribbons behind him slowing as he thinks, ("Hmm, the color I'd pick for Pep? I can't choose between grey, red, and brown. Grey's his favorite hoodie, but I'm picking it too because it's a mix of black and white which I also associate with a lot of things about him—")

A group of customers leave the table nearby and he realized that he's been talking for a while.

("I still need to get back to work, but red and brown are closer to the human stuff about him. Red's the color his skin gets when he gets blushy or passionate and when you get closer to him, you'll notice his eyes are brown!")

Bruno goes to grab the plates and wipe the mess while Peppino looks at you.

"Haven't seen you before. Guess the regulars must have told you about us." He sighs. He didn't expect to have random people or beings know about his love life nor to somehow care, but at least this customer's polite about it.

"Favorite season? I like watching it with him during fall. As for colors..." He looks away from you to stare at him. The easy answer is to tell it that he associates Bruno with all the colors; they shapeshift so often that he's seen her with practically every color there is.

But there's a more honest answer— one that's both true on a surface level and a deeper one.
