KILL OR BE KILLED

So this week has been very stressful and I have some news along with some good news as well. 

First of all the boyfriend is doing well but he ran out of fmla and can’t get temporary disability because who ever the company is running their hr is a piece of shit. When I found this out we were met with lots of support and we greatly appreciate it. It just goes to show that people who have cancer are punished for it. 

There’s a slight chance that the chemo he’s taking won’t work. Even though the tumor has shrunk a few meters there’s still a chance it could still stay the same. At least it won’t be growing. There’s that chance that he will have to go to radiation treatments and he won’t have temporary disability for that. But I don’t want to think about this. Really I just hope that the chemo works and that we can get this thing knocked out. Which is going to lead me to the good news.

He only has two more chemo treatments left which is good. We are reaching the end and I want to think that we are reaching the end. I really hope that his tumor disappears and it stays gone and we can move on with our lives. 

As a person who had to stand on the side lines and watch my loved one fight and as the one who had to take the emotional brunt of it I can’t begin to tell you all how tired I am mentally. But I also can’t begin to tell you how strong I am mentally as well.
