((OOC: Yesterday watched my dear friend @sharkbyt3drawsstuff do a playthrough of Secrets of the Mimic.

My main thoughts is, yes it is a very far departure from the original games and I did need to put my nostalgia glasses back into their case about that. It for sure felt more like a spin off than anything. That said, I would love to see more games that tie in the Fazbear Frights books, or solely work off of them.

Visually, beautiful! No large weirdly empty rooms that had little to no purpose, everything felt intentional.

There was much more of a tense atmosphere not knowing where the hell that kiguruimi wearing freakshow was hiding. Was I fond of all the weird new lore? Maybe not, but again - nostalgia glasses.

Was it my favourite? No. Did I like it more than SB and Ruin? Oh for sure!
