all anyone ever thinks when they think of the name beatrice mcclaine is - 1) the girl who is friends with everyone, dotting around friendship groups like an over-excited butterfly and 2) the girl who tries too hard. she’s passionate, wanting to be embraced and find her tribe of like-minded people but never knowing who she is to be able to find that.

all that beatrice has ever wanted is to perform; she loves the feeling of being on stage, of having that rare, special moment in the spotlight. it’s the one time where she doesn’t have to worry about who SHE is - she can pretend. her parents have pushed her ever since she was a little girl to follow her dreams and all she wants to do is make them proud.

her motto in life is to make sure that she’s lighting up the room. she wants passion, sparks, fireflies - everything. she wants to make people smile and be the reason why the energy feels electric. maybe she cares a little too much what people think or what people feel - but who cares? in her mind, she’s helping the world be a little bit of a brighter place, one step at a time. even if that means she’s not 100% sure who she is or why she’s here.
